Sell your home for as little as $99/mo, plus a minimum 2% commission to buyer's agent that brings you a buyer.

The programs we offer are only available for single family homes, condos, townhomes and like kind residential property (homes). In addition, homes must be placed within the MLS service area in which Flat Rate Realty is a member. Seller agrees to enter into an approved Multiple Listing Service agreement.

Home sellers who list their home with Flat Rate Realty are required to pay all fees in full at the time of entering into the listing agreement for MLS listing services and any other services described and agreed to in the listing agreement entered into between Flat Rate Realty and the seller. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted, for your convenience. Seller agrees to pay a minimum 2% commission based on the sale price to the buyer's agent upon the successful closing of their listed property.
