If you are unable to sell your property using our service, you can to recover your investment with us by participating in our "Realtor referral" program. Should you decide that you need a full service listing agent, we will refer your listing to a cooperating Realtor in your area who will list your home. You will be credited 100% of your $299 - $599 listing fee at closing from the listing agent's commission.
You understand that should you list your home with our service, you may cancel your listing at anytime at no charge. Should you decide to list your home with a Realtor that is not part of our "Realtor referral" program, you will not be entitled to any credit. Once your property's information has been submitted to your local MLS, no refunds will be issued.
